Cancellation Policy
Pranjal Kirana team reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to:

If the products ordered are not available anymore.
If wrong Selling Price/MRP is provided for any product due to manual mistake or technical bugs in the app.
Any other unforeseen events.
 

If there is any sudden change in the (MRP) without our notice due to which the (MRP) may vary from the actual (MRP) provided in the app, in such cases the purchase bill will be updated manually by our team. An order has to be first confirmed by the Pranjal kirana Team, and only then processing and delivery will happen. Until then, Pranjal Kirana has no obligations associated with it.
